Fascia Release with Yoga

Fascia is a structure of connective tissue that surrounds muscles, groups of muscles, blood vessels, and nerves, binding some structures together, while permitting others to slide smoothly over each other.

Fascia is called soft-tissue and provides support for most other tissues in the body, including muscles.  This soft tissue can become restricted due to trauma, injury, overuse, or inactivity – causing pain and tension. It can also limit the ability of your muscles to have proper blood flow.

This restriction is felt as stiffness at first, then low level pain, and then pain that will make you seek out a health professional.

Be pro-active and invest in your long-term health with Knoff Yoga.  Correctly practicing yoga can dramatically improve your posture, flexibility, gait and agility, because it focuses on releasing the fascia throughout your entire body.

Practicing Knoff Yoga promotes physical improvement, but you will also experience better brain function as you learn to meditate and control your breath.  Meditation and breath control also help with stress and tension.

The effects of yoga last for 4 days. By attending 2 classes per week, you will feel results straight away.
